Etombra Aderemi: Redefining Skincare Through Culture and Aesthetic Science

.

Beauty, at its best, goes beyond appearance, it reflects identity, confidence, and care that is

both seen and felt. For Etombra Aderemi, skincare is not just a service, but a blend of

heritage, science, and intentional practice. This philosophy sits at the heart of Dammytee

Natural Aesthetician, an award-winning beauty brand reshaping how skincare is approached

across cultures.

Etombra Aderemi- is an aesthetic practitioner and entrepreneur with over a decade of

experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Her journey began in Nigeria in 2017, where

she built her brand from the ground up into a nationally recognised name. What started as a

passion soon evolved into a movement, earning multiple industry awards and securing

features on national television and radio as a trusted voice in skincare and aesthetics.

Her approach is both distinctive and intentional. By combining traditional African botanical

skincare knowledge with evidence-based aesthetic treatments, Etombra has created a model

that serves clients often overlooked by mainstream beauty standards. This fusion of culture

and science allows her to deliver skincare solutions that are both inclusive and results-driven.

In 2023, she relocated to the United Kingdom to pursue a Master’s degree in International

Business Management at the University of Sunderland, a strategic step toward expanding

her brand on a global scale. Alongside her academic pursuit, she has earned over nine

professional certifications in aesthetics, with advanced training across London, Warrington,

and Liverpool—further strengthening her expertise and professional standards.

Today, Etombra is building Dammytee Natural Aesthetician in the UK as a licensed and fully

certified clinic based in Darlington. As a pioneering Black-owned aesthetics clinic in the

area, the brand delivers culturally inclusive skincare solutions tailored to a diverse and

underserved market, combining technical excellence with a deep understanding of skin

diversity.

Beyond clinical practice, she is actively contributing to education and knowledge-sharing

within the industry. Through collaborations with Teesside University, she supports student

learning and internships, helping to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.

Etombra’s impact also extends into the digital space, where she operates as a digital

entrepreneur, offering mentorship, coaching, authentic skincare products, online

consultations, and educational content that reaches a global audience. Through these

platforms, she continues to empower individuals with knowledge, confidence, and access to

quality skincare.

Through her work, Etombra Aderemi is not just building a beauty brand, she is shaping a new

narrative within the aesthetics industry, one where inclusivity, cultural knowledge, and

innovation exist side by side. Her journey reflects courage, expansion, and impact, from

Nigeria to the United Kingdom, and from a single treatment room to an evolving

international platform.
